Houses & Apartments - Long Term Rental Guidelines

Unless otherwise stated, the following rules apply:

  1. All rental are on a 6-month leases
  2. The tenant is responsible for utilities in addition to the rent
  3. Animals allowed shall be for Assisted Living requirements only
  4. Pet deposits are required
  5. All security deposits will equal the amount of one month's rent
  6. There will be a $10 charge per adult for each credit report run
